All Mindfulness West programs require a referral AND pre-course appointment prior to enrolment. Attendance at the pre-course appointment does not guarantee a place in the upcoming course.
Mindfulness West accepts referrals from physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and mental health clinicians on an ongoing basis.
Ask your health care provider if MBCT might be right for you.
If you don't have a healthcare provider who can refer you, you can contact us to discuss possible ways to arrange a referral.
Residents of the Westshore region can call Westshore CARES, Mental Health & Substance Use, at 250-370-5799, to ask for an appointment for assessment by a mental health clinician.
If you live in BC, but are not in one of our service areas, please contact us at to discuss if we may still be able accommodate you.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
